Chop Chop Inc. carries 21 achievements, and they are not 21 separate jobs. Eight of them are the same task done for eight different factions, three are one money counter crossed at three points, and six arrive on their own while you play the story. That leaves four that actually need you to go somewhere specific, and only one of those is hard to find.
Sorted that way the list is much shorter than it looks.
Money is one counter, crossed three times
Three achievements watch the money in Chester’s inventory. They are not separate goals — one balance passes all three checkpoints as it grows, so there is nothing to plan here beyond playing on.
Baby steps wants 1000 money in Chester’s inventory.
Getting there wants 10000 money in Chester’s inventory.
Millionaire … almost … kinda wants 100000 money in Chester’s inventory, and is the last of the ladder.
Six that arrive with the story
None of these need a detour. Keep playing and they land.
Your new love is for getting the wooden axe, and unlocks on its own as you play.
Tutorial triggers once you finish the tutorial, by showing Furnox your respect.
Your new best friend is for finding Bober the Builder.
Home sweet Home is for building the house.
Steam is Progress is for building the Working Hall.
Bye Bye Furnox is for stomping Furnox into the ground.
Eight factions, one job each
This is the bulk of the list. Each of the eight groups in the game has a mission set, and clearing all the missions for a group awards its achievement. The work is identical in each case; only the faction changes.
Structure is freedom. Files are forever. covers every City Admin mission.

The secret developer room
This is the only achievement on the list with a real route to it, and it is gated behind the stone axe rather than behind finding the door. Unlocking the axe is most of the work.
To get the stone axe:
- Build the bridge across the water, which happens during the tutorial.
- Fix the windmill to receive the clogs, which let you walk on water.
- Walk across the water to the island with the pink leaf tree — the stone tree — and take the stone wood from it.
- Upgrade your grindstone, then craft the stone axe.
With the axe made, the rest is a short walk. The tunnel you want sits close to the entrance. Follow it to its far end, past the point where the light gives out, and go a few steps further into the dark. Turn right and you should be able to make out a traffic cone. Head over to it, then turn about — the door is behind you now. One hit from the stone axe opens it.
